Have a positive attitude

Participate fully in class - don't just be here, be here!  Mentally leave everything else at the door.

Do homework early - then you know what you don't know

Ask your questions!  Everyone else is wondering about it too!

Tests come from homework and labs, homework comes from your notes - use them all!

Be very careful when you work with groups - you need to know that you can do it by yourself

Show your work every time you do math - it reveals your thought processes

Teach someone else - explaining it shows you what you do and do not know.
